The cart and checkout prepare an email in your email app. You must send that email yourself. Sending a request does not take payment or guarantee stock. We will reply with availability, the final amount, delivery details, and bank-transfer instructions. Do not transfer money before our email confirmation.

Product and delivery amounts are displayed in EUR. We will confirm any applicable currency conversion, taxes, customs charges, or other payable amounts before you decide whether to proceed. Your order is accepted only when we explicitly confirm acceptance by email.

We currently accept delivery requests for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Macedonia. The displayed delivery charges are €4 for Serbia, €7.30 for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and €4.90 for Macedonia. Delivery is arranged through Slanje Paketa. We confirm the destination, delivery method, any changes to the final amount, and the expected delivery time by email before payment.

For consumer distance sales, you may notify us that you are withdrawing without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods in Serbia or Macedonia, or within 15 days in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If mandatory law gives you a longer period, that longer period applies. Send a clear withdrawal request by email to info@godzi.co or use the Returns option on our contact page. The contact page opens an email draft; you still need to send it.

Contact us before sending the parcel. We will give you the correct return address through Slanje Paketa for your destination. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. Handle goods only as needed to inspect their nature and function; applicable law may allow a deduction for diminished value caused by further use.

We refund the price and standard outbound delivery charges where required by law, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return where the law permits. Any statutory exception to withdrawal applies only when its legal conditions are met.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what we agreed to supply, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will explain the return or remedy process. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund remain in force. We cover return costs where applicable law requires us to do so; the change-of-mind postage rule above does not remove those rights.

You can make a complaint through the contact page or by emailing info@godzi.co. We will respond in writing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections in your country.

You may copy this text into an email: “I withdraw from my purchase of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my order reference is [reference, if available].” You do not have to use this template; any clear withdrawal statement is accepted.
